Changed your mind about Yazio Pro? If you subscribed through yazio.com, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of purchase.
For subscriptions purchased in the app, contract withdrawals are handled directly by Apple or Google. See our FAQ for next steps.

Withdraw from contract

Use the form below to submit your withdrawal request. We'll send you an e-mail to confirm we've received it and another e-mail once it's been processed.
Make sure your e-mail address is correct so you don't miss your confirmation e-mail.
You can find your User ID in the Yazio app under ⚙️ Settings → 🔒 Account.
