Why did you want to lose weight?
Before my weight loss, my life was boring and monotonous. Instead of going out with friends and having fun, I spent my time at home on the couch. My self-confidence was gone and, at some point, the time came that I desperately needed to do something!

Taking a walk shouldn't count as "exercise" anymore and I wanted to lay on the beach in a bikini without hearing stupid remarks about my weight. To simply have the feeling that life isn't so hard, to be able to do things and enjoy the warm, summer days, it's unbelievable and everyone who has worked for it should enjoy it.
What did you want to accomplish on your journey?
I think the journey is the goal! At the beginning, I set small goals at 20 lb increments. Getting below 220 lb was, of course, also a big accomplishment. Now, I'm working on toning my body, but I'd still like to stay curvy. Let's see where the road takes me.
How did you reach your goals?
I really tried a lot. For me, YAZIO definitely worked the best. Logging food quickly becomes routine and you always have a good overview of a conscience, healthy diet. In addition to calorie counting, I go to the gym 3 times a week, mostly strength training.

With YAZIO, I learned that weight loss doesn't have to be torture. At first, it was really hard to overcome my inner couch potato and I could never stick with classic diets.
Changing my eating habits has really worked for me. I've learned to cook delicious and fresh meals and always feel full afterwards. I don't have to cut out any foods as long as I maintain a calorie deficit.
Did you have setbacks?
I didn't have any setbacks while using YAZIO. Of course, there are days where I crave chocolate or a burger, and every once in a while, that okay. It's all about portion sizes.
What advice do you have for other users?
I hope that you can all reach your goals! Most importantly, you have to keep at it and never give up, even if the scale stays the same sometimes.
What are your future goals?
My next goal is to get fitter, to tighten my skin a bit and to tone my entire body.
Why do you want to tell your story?
I want to show others that weight loss doesn't have to be hard. If I could do it, so can you!
I think YAZIO is right for anybody who wants to keep an eye on what they're eating and for those who want to individually customize their goals. It's also great for those who don't want to have to prohibit certain foods while losing weight.
