Why did you want to lose weight?
I had a hard time during school because of my weight. I was constantly laughed at by my peers and, at some point, I lost all self-esteem. My health was also going downhill. I had to do something! I didn't want to hide anymore and tried to lose weight several times. Usually I wasn't successful, and when I was, it didn't last long.

At one point, I decided to radically and unhealthily lose weight. Eventually, I reached my goal, but I wasn't healthy and, even though I had reached my goal, I wasn't happy. That's when I started looking for a way to maintain my weight and get into shape.
Exercise alone wasn't enough. When I came across YAZIO, I realized just how bad I'd been eating. Finally, with a combination of exercise and proper nutrition, I was able to see great results in a short amount of time!
What goals did you want to reach?
I didn't want to have to hide anymore and I just wanted to lead a healthy life. I wanted to finally feel good in my own skin again.
How did you reach your goals?
I lost a lot of weight really fast with a very strict and unhealthy diet, but once I started to get close to reaching my goal, I realized I couldn't keep going like that. It was difficult for me because I knew I would be afraid to eat carbs. Plus, my body fat percentage was pretty high. I couldn't be happy that way! Despite a lot of exercise, I wasn't see any results. That is, until I discovered YAZIO...it opened a new door!
I stuck with the guidelines and, through my new diet, had new energy to workout. Now, I'm seeing consistent results and don't want to go without the app! My muscles are growing and my extra body fat will be gone in no time.
How did YAZIO help you?
With YAZIO, I finally feel healthy and, thanks to how I'm eating, I have enough energy to go to the gym 6 to 7 days a week. Exercise has become my passion and YAZIO has helped me enormously to eat right and build muscle in a healthy and clean way.
Did you have setbacks?
There were, of course, days when I felt like giving up, but in those times, it was enough to think about my past. I put on clothes that I used to wear so that I could see the contrast in size. That motivated me to keep going.
What tips do you have for other users?
It helped me to set small goals for myself. Patience was also really important for me. Shortly before the summer of 2017, I told myself that I wouldn't have a beach body until at least 2018 and that helped me to stop stressing about it. I also found it helpful to look at before and after pictures or to put on old clothes and see how much bigger they were on me.
What are your future goals?
Thanks to the success that I had with YAZIO, bodybuilding has become my hobby and passion. My new goal is: Muscle building! Steadily increasing the amount of weight I'm lifting, that is my challenge.
Why do you want to tell your story?
It's important for me to tell my story and show that anyone can reach their goals! I want to give the users strength and motivation to fight for their goals and keep going. In the end, the hard work pays off: You feel better, live and eat healthier, and have a much better sense of self worth.
