Not only does the food tracker show an overview of your daily caloric intake, but it counts your consumption of carbs, protein and fat as well. You can also easily track your sports activities with the YAZIO Calorie Counter App on your iPhone: To do so, simply select your activity, choose the duration, and add it to your daily diary. The app calculates the calories you’ve burned based on your profile and subtracts them from your calorie balance. This way, you can see how many calories you can still consume for the day in order to achieve your person goal (lose, gain or maintain weight).
