Overview

Why did you want to lose weight?

I felt very uncomfortable in my own skin. I lacked motivation, energy and discipline. I wanted to change that! My diet was very unbalanced and the portion sizes I was eating were enough to feed a small family!

Looking in the mirror in the morning was what finally motivated me to lose the weight. My face looked like a pancake and my body didn't really have any shape to it anymore. It was really frustrating!

What goals did you want to reach?

I wanted to improve my quality of life and be able to workout again. In addition, I wanted to like myself again and do something good for my health! My next goal is to maintain my wait and not fall back into old habits.

How did you reach your goals?

I was able to lose weight by counting calories. I stick to my daily calorie goal and treat myself to a cheat day once a week! I also worked out. I would run 3 to 7 miles 3 times a week. The first 2 weeks were extremely hard, but after that, it got easier. I knew what I was doing it for!

How did YAZIO help you?

YAZIO helped me to count the calories for my meals. I always had an overview of how much I could eat to stay within my daily goal! Thanks to YAZIO, I didn't have to write everything down and calculate it myself.

Did you have setbacks?

I was motivated by old pictures and memories of how I felt at the time. I was extremely disciplined and really motivated! A small setback for me was, for example, when I was trying to get under 220 lb and the scale didn't move for almost two weeks. And that, although I was strictly sticking to my plan.

What tips do you have for other users?

Discipline and motivation definitely pay off! My advice would be, even if the scale isn't moving, keep going! A good start is to stop adding sugar to your tea or coffee and switching to mineral water. When you feeling hungry or crave sweets, fruit helps!

What are your future goals?

My goal is to maintain my goal weight and not fall back into old habits. Thanks to my weight loss, I discovered my passion for running and I can't imagine life without it!

A lot of people aren't aware of this weight-loss method, but it's a fantastic way to reach your goal! It's weight loss without cutting out foods, without extra cost and, most importantly, without medication! I never would have thought it would work, but I definitely recommend it for those looking to reach their ideal weight!
