Why did you want to lose weight?

I wanted to lose weight to feel good about myself. A sound mind is a sound body!

"Never give up!"

After several diets didn't work, thanks to YAZIO, I finally understood how much to eat and how to divide my meals up throughout the day!

What did you want to accomplish on your journey?

My goal was to lose 45 pounds to get down to 129 pounds, which is my ideal weight, to feel beautiful in a healthy body.

Get to know your body.

Combine physical exercise with controlled eating.

I rediscovered myself, my creativity and my willpower. I had to exercise to see results. At first, I did 40 minutes of exercise at home and some fast walks 6 days a week. Now I just work out 3 days a week with weights and the exercise bike!

Did you have setbacks?

Of course, I had moments when the work I was doing seemed useless because I wanted "everything straight away," but we all know that's not the case!
To lose weight and see results, you need time and perseverance, you must NEVER give up, you have to enjoy a cheat meal without feeling guilty and continue on with your journey as planned!

What advice do you have for other users?

I've always recommended the YAZIO app to people I know who want to lose, maintain or gain weight. I think it's really useful for following your own path!

What are your future goals?

My goal is to lose a few more pounds, even though I already feel good about myself. After that, I will continue to use YAZIO to maintain my ideal weight and will obviously continue exercising.

Why do you want to tell your story?

It is important that I share my experience with others to show that we all can do it. Willpower is an incredible thing. Feeling good about yourself and, above all, being healthy is what matters in life!
